Dorian Gray Continuity Assessment Part 2

I recently just completed the second half of my continuity timed assessment, due to my performance in the last assessment I felt fairly confident and prepared to re create my previous makeup. Simon modelled for me again and was prepped and ready to model on the day, I had advised him also not to shave or cut his hair prior to the second assessment as I needed to consider continuity of the hair length, blemishes etc when recreating the look.
I set up my work station, products and tools professionally and awaited for Sue to let us begin the assessment. Again I had cleaned and prepped my tools prior to assessment so felt prepared and was ready to go, I had also brought my images with me so that I could recreate my original makeup look. I felt I spent a sensible amount of time recreating the hair and makeup designs again and finished creating my character in time. I felt I also re-created the base, grey hair effect, red coloration of the skin well and similarly to my last assessment, something I felt I didn't do well was recreating the same hair style due to my models short thick hair texture and I also made the bruising on my models eye more dark and dramatic then the last assessment.

Although, I don't feel I have 'perfectly' recreated the same make-up, I am still happy with the final outcome with all of my final make-up images and still think I have portrayed Dorian Gray from Oscar Wilde's novel the way I had planned. I really enjoyed learning the new special effects techniques this semester and look forward to learning even more next semester.
